Success or failure of an organization is determined by the leader. The leader is responsible for the failure of a job. Leadership is the ability of a person to influence others to achieve organizational goals and objectives. To improve the performance of employees required the role of leader in order to influence and motivate. The aim of this study was to determine the role of leadership in influencing employees in the Ministry of Religion of Bengkulu. This was a qualitative descriptive study. Using primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The study states that the role of leadership in the Ministry of Religious Affairs has been good in Bengkulu Province affect employees. Similarly, the discipline of Religious Affairs Bengkulu Province was included in both categories.
